Go Green Taxis Ltd Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the contract between you (the Customer) and Go Green Taxis Ltd when it provides car services to you, these terms and conditions are divided into 5 sections, as follows:

– SECTION 1 – terms and conditions relating to our account services only
– SECTION 2 – terms and conditions relating to our non-account services
– SECTION 3 – terms and conditions relating to our network bookings
– SECTION 4 – terms and conditions relating to all services.
– SECTION 6 – terms and conditions relating to data protection.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your application to register an account and your continued use of the Website and/or our App will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Go Green Taxis ACCOUNT Bookings ONLY

1. General
1.1. In order to make bookings on account with Go Green Taxis Ltd you need to open an account using our account application form.
1.2. Your account application form, once filled in and sent to Go Green Taxis Ltd is an offer from the Customer to enter into a contract with Go Green Taxis Ltd for the provision of the Services on an account basis. A contract will be concluded only upon issue by Go Green Taxis Ltd to the Customer of written confirmation that the application has been accepted. Further information will be sent with details and terms of your contract.
1.3. Go Green Taxis Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion, and without giving reasons, to reject an account application and to decline to enter into a contract.
1.4. A contract shall only be concluded on the terms and conditions contained in this Section 1 and Sections 3 and 4 of these terms and conditions. The contract shall be personal to both parties and absolutely non-assignable.
1.5. The Customer shall notify Go Green Taxis Ltd of any change in the information provided on your account application form. Alterations take effect on the date of the email from Go Green Taxis Ltd to the Customer confirming changes have been made.

2. Bookings
2.1. Unless agreed otherwise, no bookings will be accepted by Go Green Taxis Ltd unless the account name and other pre-agreed and pre-set account security information is quoted. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the account name or other agreed account security information is kept confidential and secure and that it is not disclosed to any unauthorised person. Go Green Taxis Ltd is entitled to assume that any person who correctly quotes the Customer’s name and/or account number or other agreed account security information has authority to make the booking on behalf of the Customer.
2.2. The Customer is solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of such information and shall be liable for the cost of all bookings made by any such person whether or not in fact authorised by it. Go Green Taxis Ltd does not accept any liability for any unauthorised access to an account arising from a Customer’s failure to comply with clause

3. Payment
3.1. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are emailed weekly to the email address provided and relevant person indicated on the account application form. Each invoice only covers bookings up to the tax date stated on it.
3.2. Settlement in full is due 7 days from the invoice date. unless otherwise agreed
3.5. The Customer shall pay to Go Green Taxis Ltd any reasonable expenses (including those charged by any debt collection agency) together with all legal and court costs incurred in the collection of any overdue payment and the minimum charge in this respect shall be £10.
3.6. Pre-authorised payment can be set up by direct debit using the direct debit mandate provided with the application form, or by providing relevant credit card details.
3.7. Queries must be notified in writing to Go Green Taxis Ltd within 30 days of receipt of the invoice after which date the Customer shall not be entitled to dispute the amount shown save for manifest or gross error.

GTC Non-Account Bookings
1.1. When you make a non-account booking with Go Green Taxis Ltd, Go Green Taxis Ltd is acting as an agent between you and the driver. Go Green Taxis Ltd offers your booking to a driver and when he accepts it, a contract is formed between you and the driver. That contract is subject to these terms and conditions.
1.2. In consideration for the driver carrying out your journey, you will pay that driver either directly by giving him cash or indirectly prepaying via App or Paypal device in the car. If this option is not available payment by phone can be made for you by the driver when they ring the call centre.
1.3 If pre-payment has been made then refunds are not given for journeys cancelled with less than 2 hours notice
1.4. Drivers may on occasion require cash payments to be made before a booking is undertaken.

The terms and conditions contained in this Section 4 shall apply to the Services and bookings provided by Go Green Taxis Ltd, and as a result apply in all cases in addition to the relevant terms and conditions set out in Sections 1 to 3 above. 1. Extent of Go Green Taxis Ltd’ Liability
1.1. Any quoted pick up or journey times are best estimates only and whilst it uses reasonable efforts to convey passenger(s) to their destinations in the shortest possible time, Go Green Taxis Ltd shall have no liability if a pick up or journey time exceeds any estimate given or otherwise exceeds the Customer’s or the passenger(s)’ expectations for whatever reason, nor shall Go Green Taxis Ltd have any other liability to the Customer or the passenger(s) in connection with the time at which the passenger(s) reach or fail to reach the destination.
1.2. Go Green Taxis Ltd shall only be liable for losses suffered by a Customer that are a direct result of a breach by Go Green Taxis Ltd of these terms and conditions and, for the avoidance of doubt, Go Green Taxis Ltd shall have no liability for any damage, loss, costs, claims or expenses (whether foreseeable or not) incurred or suffered by the Customer or the passenger(s) (other than in the event of death or personal injury) by virtue of eventualities or occurrences acts or omissions including on the part of the driver outside of the reasonable control of Go Green Taxis Ltd.
1.3. It shall be for the Customer and/or the passenger(s) to ensure that valuable, unusual or any other items are covered by appropriate insurance. Go Green Taxis Ltd cannot entertain any claim for loss of or damage to any such items.
1.4. If Go Green Taxis Ltd cancels a booking it shall have no liability to the Customer or intended passenger(s) if it has used reasonable endeavours to fulfil the booking and to notify the Customer of the cancellation.
1.5. If you are a business/account customer, please note that in particular, Go Green Taxis Ltd will not be liable to you for:
● loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
● business interruption;
● loss of anticipated savings;
● loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
● any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
1.6. If you are a consumer customer you are only permitted to use the Website for domestic and private use, and not for any commercial or business purposes. GTC accepts no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
1.7. Any claim or complaint shall be notified by the Customer to Go Green Taxis Ltd within 30 days of the date of the invoice containing the relevant booking for account bookings and within 30 days of the date of the journey for all non-account bookings.
1.8. Subject to the provisions of this clause 1 and except in the case of death or personal injury, Go Green Taxis Ltd aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the provision of the Services to its Customers under these terms and conditions shall not exceed £500.
2. Your use of the Website and the App
2.1. This clause 2 governs the Customer’s use of the Website (Terms of Use). Go Green Taxis Ltd may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Please check this page from time-to-time to take note of any changes that have been made because any use of the Website will constitute an acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2.2. GTC may update the Website from time-to-time and may change the content of the Website at any time. However, please note that any of the content on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and GTC is under no obligation to update it.
2.3. GTC does not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
2.4. There is no guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Go Green Taxis Ltd may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice and will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.5. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary in order to have access to the Website and for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your shared internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use, and that they comply with them.
2.6. We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
2.7. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.
2.8. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website.
2.9. Where the Website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only and we have no control over the contents of those third party websites or resources.
2.10. You agree that by downloading the App or using the Website, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
2.11. Go Green Taxis Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable licence to download, install and use the App for personal use only and you agree not to use it or any other technology provided by GTC in connection with the provision of the Services for any other purpose.
2.12. You must not license, assign, sell, distribute or in any way seek to benefit commercially from the Services provided by Go Green Taxis Ltd or any technology provided in association with delivering the Services, unless you have received our written consent to do so.
2.13. You agree not to do anything that would interfere with, disrupt, maliciously attack or in any way damage any Go Green Taxis Ltd technology, including but not limited to the Website, its booking and dispatch system or the App.
2.14. You are not permitted to reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer the App or any other technology provided by Go Green Taxis Ltd in connection with the provision of the Services.

3. Your obligations
3.1. You agree:
3.1.1. To pay all charges arising out of your use of the Services which are in accordance with these terms and conditions, whether payment is by direct transfer, direct debit, cheque, credit card, debit card or cash;
3.1.2. Not to use Go Green Taxis Ltd for any unlawful or illegal purpose and to comply with all applicable laws;
3.1.3. That all personal information provided to us in order to receive the Services is true, accurate and up-to-date;
3.1.4. Not to do anything to damage the reputation of Go Green Taxis Ltd or any of its drivers;
3.1.5. To treat with respect and not be abusive or violent towards any Go Green Taxis Ltd employees, staff or other customers;
3.1.6. Not to consume alcohol while in a car and we and/or the driver reserve the right to decline carriage to any person who, in our opinion, is intoxicated;
3.1.7. To be responsible at all times for your luggage and acknowledge that no liability is accepted for the loss or damage to any luggage that is transported;
3.1.8. To wear, and to ensure that the passenger(s) wear, a seatbelt at all times whilst travelling in our vehicles;
3.1.9. to indemnify Go Green Taxis Ltd against any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) that arise out of or in connection with a breach of these terms and conditions, any applicable law or your use or misuse of the Website, the App and/or the Services;
3.1.10. That if you cancel a booking outside the time allowed you will be liable for and will pay the cancellation fee;
3.1.11. That if you, or another passenger travelling with you under your booking, soils or damages the car you will be liable to the fee stated in the vehicle.
3.1.12. that if your credit/debit card details are stored by GTC, it may charge cancellation or cleaning charges pursuant to clauses 3.1.10 and 3.1.11 to that credit/debit card; and

4. Booking confirmation and cancellation

4.1. Go Green Taxis Ltd may in its absolute discretion without liability and without giving reasons refuse to accept any booking.
4.2. All accepted bookings are confirmed at the time of the booking by one or more of the following methods – SMS, email, oral confirmation or the screen on the App. The Customer is liable for all applicable charges incurred from the time when the vehicle is assigned to the booking until completion of the assignment or, if sooner, cancellation.
4.3. Customers may cancel their bookings in the following ways:
4.3.1. For account and cash/card pre-book services, by calling the call centre, online or through the App; and
4.3.2. For cash/card ASAP services, bookings can only be cancelled through the App.
4.4. In the event of cancellation by the Customer or passenger(s), the Customer may be liable for cancellation charges which are set out in the extra CHARGES section. The liability of Go Green Taxis Ltd in the event of cancellation is set out at clause 1.4 of this Section 3 (Extent of Go Green Taxis Ltd’ Liability).

5. Subsidiary Accounts of the Customer
5.1. From time-to-time the Customer may wish to create additional (subsidiary) accounts to the original account for billing or service purposes. So long as the subsidiary accounts are billable to the legal entity stated on the Customer’s original agreement with Go Green Taxis Ltd then no further formal applications are necessary.
5.2. These Terms & Conditions apply in all instances when Go Green Taxis Ltd services are used regardless of whether the process of setting up Customer subsidiaries has been completed in full or not.
6. Alteration to these Terms & Conditions
Go Green Taxis Ltd reserves the right to alter or vary these terms and conditions in any respect at its absolute discretion. Notice of a change of these terms and conditions will be deemed served to account customers by sending an email notifying them of the relevant alterations and the date upon which such alterations take effect. Notice of change of these terms and conditions will be deemed served to all other customers by the posting of a notice on the Go Green Taxis Ltd website. We suggest that you print and obtain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership
7.1. Go Green Taxis Ltd (and its licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Website, the App and social media. The services and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Website, the App, social media or the Services.
7.2. These terms and conditions do not constitute a sale and do not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Website, the App, social media or the Services, or any intellectual property rights owned by Go Green Taxis Ltd.
7.3. Go Green Taxis Ltd name, logo and the product names associated with the App and the Services are trademarks of Go Green Taxis Ltd or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them other than to use our Services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. Termination of Account
8.1. Accounts are terminable by either party in writing on seven days’ notice at any time without any reason being given and may also with immediate effect be terminated by Go Green Taxis Ltd without notice at any time if any amount is due and unpaid by the Customer.
8.2. Go Green Taxis Ltd may suspend your access to the Services at any time without notice to you if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms and conditions.
8.3. Upon termination of the account for whatever reasons all sums payable to or chargeable by Go Green Taxis Ltd, or otherwise appearing on the Customer’s account, shall become immediately due and payable in full if not already due and payable.
9. No waiver
It is understood and agreed that any failure by us or you in exercising any right, power or privilege under these terms and conditions will not act as a waiver under this letter nor will any single or partial exercise of the right preclude any further exercise of any right, power or privilege.
10. Severance
If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall continue to apply in full.
11. Third party rights
No rights shall arise under or in connection with these terms and conditions to any person who is not a party to them.
12. Assignment
The contract between you and Go Green Taxis Ltd is personal to you and you may not assign your rights under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.
13. Applicable Law
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and any dispute relating to the provision of services by Go Green Taxis Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
5.1 Pricing
5.1.1. Prices for our services can be obtained on request and will be provided automatically at the time of booking for App or online bookings. We operate a Private Hire and Hackney Carriage service, operating West Berkshire, South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of White Horse and West Oxfordshire District Council operating the fees and guidelines for taxi operating as stated per council requirements. Bookings/Journeys taken may vary in price/time/distance, whether private hire or hackney carriage. All vehicles display or hold a tariff board to the council it is assigned to including first mile, bank holiday, season holidays and extras. Hackney carriage prices will vary from pre-booked journeys as they operate a different price system.
5.1.2. We will review our prices from time-to-time and may vary them.
5.2 Charges
5.2.1. Charges are applicable for each service type. Items and bases of charging include, but are not limited to:
5.2.1. A minimum fixed charge for every hiring.
5.2.2. A charge for waiting time over a set threshold will be applicable. For details please contact us.
5.2.3. In the event of a vehicle being soiled by a passenger, a ‘soiling charge’ will be applied. For details please contact us.
5.2.4. Cancellation charges as set out in our Cancellation Policy. For details please contact us.
5.2.5. VAT as appropriate.
5.3. Go Green Taxis Ltd may offer free journeys, discounts and other credits as part of marketing promotions. In the event that GTC reasonably believes that a credit has been obtained fraudulently, illegally or in violation of these terms and conditions, it can in its sole discretion remove the credit from your account or seek repayment/charge for any false application or use of false credit.

privacy policy I. User Data Collection and Handling: Go Green Taxis Ltd collects the following user data: ● data provided by users - for example, data given in the process of app account registration; ● data created by users in the process of using app services, like geopositioning, data about app operation and data about user's device; ● data gathered from other sources - like business partners, financial services providers, and state authorities. 1. Data provided by users ● user profile data, such as: first name, last name, email, mobile number, physical address, payment, and bank account data. ● checking documents and verifying driver's identity might require checking licenses, photos, and driver’s full name; ● some data can be provided when users turn to technical support, this might include bank details, user device information, user app information, recordings of telephone calls, in case a user calls support, trip data (date and time, physical addresses, flight information). 2. Data created by users in the process of using app services ● Geopositioning data o We track geopositioning of drivers and passengers in order to organise a ride, provide maximum comfort and service level, provide safety and identify and prevent any fraud activity. Geopositioning is collected from mobile devices and only if users allow. Users can disable geopositioning, but this may result in poor service; ● Transaction data. o We collect data on transactions made due to using our services, this includes type of transaction, amount, date and time of transaction and card holder name; ● App usage data. o We gather data on how users interact with our app and services. This data includes data and time of logging in and logging out, app functionality, app failures and system data needed to improve app quality and performance; ● Device data. We may collect data about the device which is used for access to our services, such as device model, IP address, unique device id, geo data and connection quality data. 3. Data collected from other sources ● This is data from business partners which provide additional services: payment providers, apps and web-sites which use our API or which API is used by our app; ● This is data from business partners, such as travel data, including information about passengers or drivers; ● State authorities data. II. How Data is Used Personal user data is used for: ● service providing; ● security providing; ● customer support; ● research and development; ● sending non-marketing messages; ● fulfilling legislation requirements and court orders; ● business process automation. 1. Service Providing Go Green Taxis Ltd uses data for proving, personification, support and improving of its services. Such as: ● Creating accounts and changing its data; ● Providing riding service (geopositioning data for service improvement), data exchange (calculation of arriving time, security providing, routes calculation, linking to flight information, tracking and sending information about a ride); ● Payment processing and other financial data; ● Performing operations which are needed in order to improve service and customer support, testing, analysis and also monitoring of services used; 2. Security Providing Go Green Taxis Ltd uses data for proving security and protection of users and also security for our services. This includes: ● passing of driver name and photo to passengers in compliance with government requirements; ● using data from drivers and passenger’s devices in order to evaluate journey safety and reminding our drivers of best practice where necessary; ● using data from drivers and passenger’s devices in order to identify and prevent any fraudulent activity, such as; fraudulent accounts and cases when our services are used for illegal purposes, and prevent unauthorised access to our user’s accounts; ● using rating systems for the evaluation of drivers and passengers to prevent colliding users with potentially high risk of conflict; ● sending information about serious violations to third parties such as police authorities - in accordance with legislation requirements. 3. Client Support Go Green Taxis Ltd uses personal data, application data, systems, and devices to provide technical support and improve quality of its services. 4. Research and Development Go Green Taxis Ltd uses personal data to perform testing, research, analysis, development, and improvement of its services. This helps us to make our services better and more secure and develop new functionality. 5. Sending Non-Marketing Messages We can use personal data to inform our users about changing of terms and rules, and also for sending non-marketing messages which are needed to provide services. 6. Fulfilling Legislation Requirements and Court orders We can use personal data to settle litigations and court orders associated with using of Go Green Taxis Ltd services, fulfilling law orders, in cases when data is required by public authorities, including police. 7. Automation of Business Processes Go Green Taxis Ltd uses personal data for automation of business processes, such as: ● Driver assignment. Drivers can be found based on availability, driving time and other factors taken into consideration, as well as based on statistical user data; ● Eliciting users who are suspected in fraudulent activity or any other activity which may cause harm to Go Green Taxis Ltd. In cases when users provide false information or fake license details this may lead to disabling the user account after a specialist performs their checks; ● using of driver's data (their geopositioning, rating) and passenger's data (departure location, rating) to eliminate collisions of users with high risk of conflict. III. Using Cookies Go Green Taxis Ltd uses Cookie files in order to: ● perform user authentication; ● save user settings; ● keep history of bookings and other historical user data; ● display a language in web-site interface according to your geographical position. Cookie is a small piece of data which is sent by a web-service and stored on a user device (i.e. personal computer, mobile phone, tablet). IV. Transfer and Disclosure of User Data Go Green Taxis Ltd performs data transfers to other users or provides data on demand in cases where it falls under law requirements or when it is required to satisfy claims or settle dispute resolutions. Go Green Taxis Ltd can transfer user data in the following cases: 1. To Other Users: ● To perform a booking we may give to a driver your name, email, telephone, information about pickup location and destination location; ● To perform a booking we may give to a passenger your name, photograph, license number, vehicle brand and model and vehicle registration number. 2. To Suppliers and Business Partners: ● Go Green Taxis Ltd may transfer booking details to its partners via API integrations; ● We also transfer data to credit card transaction providers 3. Providing Data Under Legislation Grounds or in Dispute Cases. Go Green Taxis Ltd may disclose personal data, in cases when legislation requires to do so, in court disputes, or when public authorities, including police, require this. 4. Cases When Users Allow Sending Data. Go Green Taxis Ltd may send data to third parties, in cases that go beyond this Agreement, if we have informed you about our intention to send data and you have allowed this. V. Storage and Extermination of Data Go Green Taxis Ltd stores personal data up to the point where the purpose of its processing which are described in this Agreement are met. Users can at any time send a request to delete their account. However, Go Green Taxis Ltd may store personal data even after performing a user request in order to meet legislative requirements. To delete your account, send a request to the dpo@gogreentaxisltd.co.uk VI. Data Access and Data Collection Refusal Go Green Taxis Ltd gives possibility to users to review settings of data collection and manage them through the following: ● Device permissions. You can manage app permissions in Device settings -> Apps -> Permissions -> Choose permissions. 1. Confidentiality Settings Users may set and manage settings of collection and transferring geopositioning data and getting notifications in the "Settings" > "Applications" > Name of the "Rights" and "Notifications"; 2. Geopositioning data Users may allow or not allow collecting geopositioning of their mobile devices. 3. Permission to camera The camera is used to scan credit card details at the time of booking payment. The payment process is provided through the financial service provider's SDK. 4. Getting data on telephone status Users can allow/not allow access to telephone functions on their device. If this function is disabled, this will result in failure of sending requests from the Go Green Taxis application. 5. Enable/ disable notifications Users can enable/ disable notifications about ride status changes or account actions. Disabling notifications may result in lower quality of user experience with the Go Green Taxis application. ● Disabling Marketing Messages You can turn off the sending of marketing messages by contacting dpo@gogreentaxisltd.co.uk VII. Changes in Confidentiality Agreement Go Green Taxis Ltd has a right to make changes to this Confidentiality Agreement. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the Go Green Taxis application or in any other available way, for example, by email. Use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice to the extent permitted by law.

1. Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of a booking is required, we ask that you give sufficient notice before the driver is dispatched. If a driver has already been dispatched by the time the booking is cancelled we will charge for the mileage the driver has already travelled and any waiting time.

2. Pricing Terms

Bank Holiday Rates An additional 30% charge on the total cost excluding VAT will be added to the price on bookings taking place on bank holidays.  Additional charges apply for Christmas and New Year.

Additional Stop Charge A charge of £1 + VAT is applied for any additional stop between the first pick up location and final drop.

Value Added Tax All fares are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT and will be added to the end of each invoice, after all additions or deductions have been applied.

Waiting Time Waiting Time will be charged at £0.40 + VAT per minute, with the first 3 minutes being free of charge (15 minutes free at airports).

Other Charges Parking for airport pick-ups will be charged at cost, as will the London Congestion Charge (where applicable).

3. Payment Terms

Invoicing Weekly invoices will be issued on the first day of every week and payment should be made normally within 7 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. To preserve natural resources, invoices and any other correspondence will be sent via email. However paper invoices and correspondences are available on request.

Methods of Payment Payment can be made either by Go Cardless, direct debit, paypal, card or BACS. Please include account name and invoice number as payment reference.

4. Marketing

Our internal marketing department may contact you with promotions and offers through marketing channels. To enquire for information on marketing please contact social@gogreentaxisltd.co.uk

5. Account

Go Green Taxis Ltd reserve the right to refuse an application for an account, or to suspend an account if any terms of the agreement are breached.
