We pride ourselves on our punctuality and professionalism and understand that you need us to be on time, so we aim to be early. Our Call centre team meticulously plan each driver’s individual schedule resulting in 99.9% of our taxis arriving on time or early. Due to our advanced scheduling technique we will know well in advance if we are going to be late and we will notify you in enough time and even arrange alternative travel if necessary.
