Go Green Taxis Ltd - Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of a booking is required, we ask that you give sufficient notice before the driver is dispatched. If a driver has already been dispatched by the time the booking is cancelled we will charge for the mileage the driver has already travelled and any waiting time.

2. Pricing Terms

Bank Holiday Rates An additional 30% charge on the total cost excluding VAT will be added to the price on bookings taking place on bank holidays.  Additional charges apply for Christmas and New Year.

Additional Stop Charge A charge of £1 + VAT is applied for any additional stop between the first pick up location and final drop.

Value Added Tax All fares are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT and will be added to the end of each invoice, after all additions or deductions have been applied.

Waiting Time Waiting Time will be charged at £0.40 + VAT per minute, with the first 3 minutes being free of charge (15 minutes free at airports).

Other Charges Parking for airport pick-ups will be charged at cost, as will the London Congestion Charge (where applicable).

3. Payment Terms

Invoicing Weekly invoices will be issued on the first day of every week and payment should be made normally within 7 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. To preserve natural resources, invoices and any other correspondence will be sent via email. However paper invoices and correspondences are available on request.

Methods of Payment Payment can be made either by Go Cardless, direct debit, paypal, card or BACS. Please include account name and invoice number as payment reference.

4. Marketing

5. Account

Go Green Taxis Ltd reserve the right to refuse an application for an account, or to suspend an account if any terms of the agreement are breached.
