Below is a table containing our standard fare structure, Please note that we give increasingly large discounts to the standard price depending on how far you travel. So basically the further you travel with us the more discount you receive.

Call Out Fees

Call out fees are detailed in the table above. Just to clarify: we don't charge call out fees to journeys coming to of from Didcot or Abingdon.

As we are based in Didcot and Abingdon, we have to charge a call out fee to any journeys that do not start or finish within these base towns. We calculate the call out fee by charging per mile to either end of your journey, whichever end is closest to Didcot or Abingdon. So for example if you were traveling from Oxford centre to Harwell village we would only charge an extra £2 because Harwell is closer than Oxford to Didcot or Abingdon.

Waiting Time

Waiting time will be charged at £1 for every 5 minutes the taxi is waiting from the agreed pick up time until the journey is underway. Waiting is also charged if there are any additional stops en route to the final destination at the same rate as above. There are however exceptions to this rule:
