Our HistoryGo Green Taxis was launched as Didcot's 1st green taxi service in October 2009 and was founded by Mike Hatter and Mark John. Offering a unique, personal and first-class service with a strong commitment to helping reduce CO2 emissions has proved popular - “The Taxi that doesn't cost the Earth!”. This ethos has made us the key player we are today.

Mark is the original founding partner and joint owner of Go Green Taxis. He believes if you want to succeed in business then you need a great team and you have to look after your customers. When he is not getting stuck into business, he can be found nurturing young trees and dreaming up new ways to get people involved in being 'green'. Mark believes in protecting and improving our environment for the betterment of all.

Mike enjoys spanning all aspects of the taxi business, from chauffeuring clients, business meetings, strategizing and planning for the future. With a career spanning 40 years, Mike has been inspirational in the expansion and growth of our company with his strong work ethic, green ethos and passion to support the local community at the heart of everything he does.
Mark joined Go Green Taxis in 2015 bringing a wealth of experience in Marketing and Recruitment, Mark has helped with the rapid expansion and brand development that has helped Go Green grow over 200% year-on-year. Passionate about community, Mark often seeks opportunities to get involved with local businesses and the community to help give back.
